Pending before the Court is petitioner Priority One Services, Ine.’s (“Priority One”) renewed motion for attorney’s fees and costs, and respondent W & T Travel Services, LLC’s (“W & T”) motion to rescind the Court’s May 7, 2013 Minute Order and to modify the Court’s January 22, 2012 Order.
