SULLIVAN, Chief Judge:

Periodically, from March through June of 1990, appellant was tried by a military judge sitting alone as a general court-martial at the Naval Legal Service Office, Norfolk, Virginia. He was found guilty of willfully transmitting “a Defense Intelligence Agency message relating to the national defense” to an unauthorized person, in violation of 18 USC § 793(d) and Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 934.
