SULLIVAN, Judge:

On April 27,1993, appellant was tried by a special court-martial composed of a military judge sitting alone at the Naval Base, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Pursuant to his pleas, he was found guilty of unauthorized absence (100 days); failure to obey a lawful general order prohibiting underage drinking; drunk driving; assault with a means likely to produce death or grievous bodily injury (2 specifications); and breaking restriction, in violation of Articles 86, 92, 111, 128, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 886, 892, 911, 928, and 934,…
