The fact that the injury sustained by the employee in this case was the result of a wilful criminal assault does not prevent the same from being an accidental injury within the purview of the workmen’s compensation law since there was no misconduct on the part of the claimant and no question of prior personal motivation or ill will between her and the assailant.
