Mrs. Gladys Walker filed a claim before tbe Industrial Commission of Georgia, for compensation alleged to be due her by the Pinkerton National Detective Agency on account of the killing of her husband while in the employment of the latter. Upon the hearing before the chairman of the commission she was allowed the sum of $3000. An appeal was taken from this finding to the full commission, and the judgment of the single commissioner was affirmed.
