KERNER, Circuit Judge.
The National Labor Relations Board ordered the Reynolds Wire Company, an Illinois corporation engaged in interstate commerce for purposes of the Act, to cease and desist from its unfair labor practices and from giving effect to its contracts with *628the Reynolds Wire Employees Association. In addition it directed respondent to offer reinstatement with back pay to the discharged employee, to disestablish the Association and to post appropriate notices. 26 N.L.R.B., No. 69.
