OPINION

RANDALL, Judge.

This is an appeal from an order denying postconviction relief. We affirm.

FACTS

Appellant, Richard C. Lundin, is the president of Lundin Construction Company. In the summer of 1984 the Minnesota Attorney General conducted an investigation into bid rigging on public road construction projects in southern Minnesota. The investigation led to the convening of a multi-county grand jury.
