JACKSON, Judge:

Appellant Robyn Lynn Sneddon appeals from the trial court’s grant of appellee Robert Graham’s motion for summary judgment, and the trial court’s denial of her motion to amend her complaint. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

This case arose out of an automobile accident which occurred on April 25, 1986, where Sneddon was injured when the automobile operated by John Wenkel collided with Sneddon’s vehicle.
