Plaintiff Danna Beach appeals from a summary judgment dismissing her claim against the University of Utah, the President of the University, the University Institutional Council, various officials of the College of Science, and a biology professor (collectively referred to as “the University”) seeking damages for personal injuries sustained when she fell from a cliff at night during a field trip sponsored by the University.
