This case presents a question of the power of the National Labor Relations Board under the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947. 1
The set of facts, at this stage of the litigation at any rate, is simple and there is involved a pure question of law. The-Marine Engineers’ Beneficial Association made charges to the National Labor Relations Board against a division of the International Longshoremen’s Association and others.
