The International Union of Electrical, Radio and Machine Workers (“I.U.E.”) lost a representation election conducted by the National Labor Relations Board on September 6, 1957, among the 408 employees of NECO Electrical Products Corporation, at Bay Springs, Mississippi (population approximately 1300). Petitioner challenged the election on the ground that the Company had prevented a free choice. The regional director sustained this challenge and set the election aside.
