Chaparral Boats, Inc. and its workers’ compensation insurer, Legion Insurance Company, appeal from the order of the Berrien County Superior Court reversing the appellate division of the State Board of Workers’ Compensation and finding that Dale Heath was entitled to workers’ compensation benefits as a result of knee injuries she incurred while working for Chaparral.
