{¶ 1} Relator, Brian Bardwell, commenced this original action requesting a writ of mandamus that orders respondents, the Ohio Attorney General and the Office of the Ohio Attorney General, (1) to provide unredacted copies of alleged public records pursuant to R.C. 149.43 and (2) to organize and maintain records in such a manner that they can be made available for inspection or copying pursuant to R.C. 149.43(B)(2). Relator further requests an award of statutory damages pursuant to R.C. 149.43(C)(1).
