Washington Elementary School District No. 6 (School District) petitioned for review of the court of appeals’ memorandum decision reversing the trial court’s ruling that the contract indemnity provision between the School District and Baglino Corporation (Baglino) obligated Baglino to indemnify the School District for losses caused in part by the School District’s active negligence.
