This action was begun by Miller Emmett Lowery, as plaintiff, against C. W. Richards, Corrine Richards, and a number of other defendants, in the district court of Carter county, for the cancellation of a guardian’s deed to, and a number of other conveyances affecting the title of, 180 acres of land, the same being the allotment of plaintiff, who was a member of the Choctaw Indian Tribe, and for an accounting of rents and profits. The validity of the .guardian’s sale, by which the defendants Richards claimed title, was tried, and a judgment rendered in favor of the defendants.…
