This is an appeal from the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit from so much of its decree .as affirms a decree of the District Court of the Unitéd States for the Eastern District of Oklahoma dismissing the bill of the plaintiff — the appellant here. 288 Fed. 158.
Suit was begun to cancel.an oil and gas leasé of forty acres of land, given to appellees, Dunn and Gillam, by Thomas, guardian, and signed by Eaves, curator, of Allie Daney, a minor, full-blood Choctaw Indian.
