Action for damages by Lester H. Watkins and Ruth Watkins, his wife, against George Lorenz; Helen Lorenz, his wife; and A. J. Hardy, for fraud arising out of plaintiffs’ purchase of a jewelry business in Marshall from defendants George and Helen Lorenz on November 30, 1959. At the time of purchase, the business was located in a store leased under a written lease by George Lorenz from Hardy.
