This case arises out of a business relationship between the plaintiffs and the defendant which began in 1962 and continued through January, 1967. During that period a number of contracts were entered into by the parties pursuant to which the defendant provided data processing services. The plaintiffs seek damages on various theories — misrepresentation, breach of contract, reformation, and recission.
