This case involves an accident at an intersection involving a motorcycle and a car. While attempting to pass other vehicles that were-stopped at the intersection, a motorcyclist collided with an automobile attempting to pass through the intersection from a cross street. The defendant, James Distel, alias, who was driving the car, appeals from a Superior Court order granting a new trial — or, in the alternative, an additur — to the plaintiff, motorcyclist William M.
