Upon the petition of Morley Turner and Janet Turner in 5 Civil No. 3518 we issued an order directing the Superior Court of Kem County to show cause why it should not be prohibited from confirming a proposed sale by its rents and profits receiver of the property generally known as the Bakersfield Inn for $3.7 million. Real party in interest Bernard E.
