This cause is before the Court upon petition of the National Labor Relations Board for enforcement of its order, issued August 5, 1965, against respondent, Tennessee Packers, Inc., Frosty Morn Di vision. The Court has jurisdiction of the proceeding, the alleged unfair labor practices having occurred in Clarksville, Tennessee, within this judicial circuit. Section 160(e), Title 29, U.S.C.
