This matter appears before me on consent of the parties, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636. Presently pending are claimant Barbara Abdi’s motions for judgment on the pleadings and for leave to amend her answer to assert a statute of limitations defense, and plaintiffs cross-motion for leave to amend the complaint.
