ORDER
DOUMAR, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on defendants’ motion to vacate the arrest of the S.S. Independence in the in rem action named above. For the reasons outlined below, defendants’ motion is DENIED.
Factual and Procedural Background
In or around March, 1994, defendants began seeking bids for repair work on the S.S. Independence, a cruise ship registered in the United States.
