This is an action in equity for a permanent injunction against the defendants for infringing upon five trademarks of the plaintiff and for an accoimting to the plaintiff for all damages sustained by it owing to such infringement by the defendants. The plaintiff and the defendants are in the same field of business. These trade-marks of the plaintiff are Veronal, Aristol, Protargol, Theominal and Kres-lumin.
