The juvenile court sustained a petition (Welf. & Inst. Code, § 602) alleging that Christian J., a minor, was an accessory after the fact to murder (Pen. Code, § 32), adjudged him a ward of the juvenile court and committed him to the California Youth Authority for a three-year maximum permissible term of confinement. On appeal, the minor challenges the denial of the People’s motion peremptorily to disqualify the judge.
