MEMORANDUM OPINION

SLIGHTS, J.

I. INTRODUCTION

This controversy arises from the often ugly sequelae of professional separation. Plaintiffs, Total Care Physicians, P.A. and Total Care Physicians Glasgow, P.A. (collectively “TCP”), have sued defendant, Kevin W. O’Hara, M.D. (“O’Hara”), after O’Hara severed his professional relationship with TCP to pursue opportunities elsewhere. TCP has also sued one of its former secretaries, Denise Scott (“Scott”), for her alleged assistance of O’Hara in his efforts to secure the continued patronage of his TCP patients at his new medical practice.
