This is an interlocutory appeal 1 from two orders of the Superior Court entered on January 16, 1992 and January 31, 1992, respectively, 2 granting summary judgment against Rhone-Poulenc Basic Chemical Company (“RPB”) in a declaratory judgment action filed by certain insurance carriers (the “insurance carriers”).
