STONE, Circuit, Judge.

This is a petition to review an order of the National Labor Relations Board. Joined in the answer of the Board is a petition for enforcement of the order.

Petitioner is an Iowa corporation engaged, at Sioux City, Iowa, in the wholesale and retail sale of new and used automobiles, trucks, parts and supplies, and in servicing and repairing automobiles and trucks. As a “direct dealer,” it handles Dodge and Plymouth products (cars, trucks, parts and accessories) under a contract with the producer (Chrysler Corporation, Dodge Division, of Detroit, Michigan).
