Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered September 26, 1977, convicting him of robbery in the first degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment reversed, on the law, and new trial ordered. The defendant was arrested in connection with robberies which occurred at two Yonkers stores. Following his indictment, his attorney submitted an omnibus motion seeking, inter alia, discovery of statements made by the defendant to law enforcement officials.
