KANNE, Circuit Judge.
Shmael Turkhan appeals the decision of the district court denying his petition for habeas corpus. In that petition, Turkhan sought review of his deportation order to Iraq. Turkhan argues that the district court erred in concluding that his constitutional rights were not violated during the adjudication of his application for a discretionary waiver of deportation. He asks that we reverse the district court’s ruling and remand his case to an immigration judge for a new hearing.
