For the reasons hereafter set forth, we adopt as the opinion on this rehearing the opinion previously filed. It reads:

“Appeal by defendants Ocean Shore Bailroad Company, a corporation, Harry W. Cole and George Middleton, individually and as surviving partners of that certain partnership known as ‘Selah Chamberlain Associates’ from a judgment awarding defendants Lillian A.
