Plaintiff brought an action for conversion of certain promissory notes secured by trust deeds. The trial court entered a summary judgment in favor of defendant from which plaintiff appeals.

Defendant on December 15, 1960, moved for a summary judgment pursuant to the provisions of section 437c, Code of Civil Procedure, and filed, together therewith, his supporting declaration, including exhibits attached thereto, and points and authorities.
