This action was initiated by plaintiffs International Brotherhood of Painters and Allied Trades Union and Industrial Pension Fund and its.Trustees (“Pension Fund”), pursuant to sections 502 and 515 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), as amended, 29 U.S.C. §§ 1132, 1145 (1982), and section 301 of the Labor-Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185 (1982).
