MEMORANDUM OPINION
ELLIS, District Judge.
This Section 1404(a) transfer motion arises in the context of an ERISA 1 suit. More specifically, defendant, a small southwestern Indiana contractor, is being sued for failing to make contributions to employee benefit plans as required by an alleged collective bargaining agreement. Defendant seeks to transfer this matter from this District to the Southern District of Indiana.
