DANAHER, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court dismissing the complaint on the ground of forum non conveniens, “without prejudice to the plaintiffs’ right to file the action in another court.” All parties and most of the witnesses reside in Maryland where appellants’ claims arose from an automobile collision, allegedly caused by the appellee’s negligence. Appellants assert that the District of Columbia is the most convenient forum, and that since the adoption of 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) (1952), the District Court no longer has power to dismiss on the ground of forum…
