This action was instituted in the superior court of Pottawatomie county on the 3rd day of January, 1922, by the appellant, plaintiff in the trial court, against appellees, defendants in the trial court, seeking to recover on three separate causes of action. The first cause of action is based on a note executed by R. E. L. VanZant and Sarah E. VanZant on the 15th day of May, 1913, due December 15, 1913, secured by real estate mortgage, duly executed by the makers of the note. ®. E. L.
