OPINION
HOWARD, Judge.
This was an action in inverse eminent domain in which plaintiff alleged that the construction of Interstate Highway 1-19 in the City of Nogales, Arizona, has changed or altered drainage patterns affecting her property which resulted in increased flooding of said property. The case was tried to a jury which entered a verdict of no damages in favor of the defendant and against the plaintiff, finding that the market value of plaintiff’s property immediately before construction of the highway was the sum of $46,392 (the exact amount testified to by defendant’s appraiser) ;…
