¶ 1 Evergreen at Foothills, L.L.C., dba Evergreen Foothills Health and Rehabilitation Center; Evergreen Healthcare Management, L.L.C.; and Kim B. Bangerter, director of Evergreen Foothills Health and Rehabilitation Center (collectively “Defendants”) appeal from the superior court’s order that they accept an additur to a jury’s award of zero damages to Colleen A. Hans-come, widow of Noyes W. Hanscome, as an alternative to a new trial on damages.
