Plaintiff City of Downey, a municipal corporation, brought this eminent domain proceeding to condemn certain parcels of land located within said city to acquire a municipal hospital building site. Plaintiff obtained an interlocutory judgment in condemnation covering parcels 39, 40, 41 and 42 described in its second amended complaint.
