This is an application for a writ of prohibition to prohibit the superior court of the state of California, in and for the county of Placer, and Honorable W. I. Redding, judge thereof, from proceeding further in that certain action to condemn land for the state highway, wherein the said county is plaintiff and Charles W. Harrington et al., are defendants. On December 21, 1923, an application for a writ of prohibition was filed in the district court of appeal for the third appellate district, which was denied without hearing or opinion.
