OPINION OF THE COURT

WERNER, Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, the appellant was convicted by a general court-martial composed of members of committing sodomy and indecent acts with his minor stepdaughter in violation of Articles 125 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 925 and 934 (1982) [hereinafter *760UCMJ]. His approved sentence provides for a dishonorable discharge, confinement for fifteen years, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and reduction to the grade of Private El.
