EVERETT, Senior Judge:

A general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members convicted appellant, over his pleas, of one specification each of sodomy and committing indecent acts with his minor stepdaughter, see Arts. 125 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 925 and 934, respectively, and sentenced him to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for 15 years, total forfeitures, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
