This is an original proceeding in discipline filed by the office of the Disciplinary Administrator against the respondent, Stephen J. Jones, a Wichita attorney admitted to the practice of law in Kansas in 1968.
This disciplinary case arose out of the respondent’s conduct as the administrator of a probate estate. The estate was opened in 1998. By early 2000, all of the property of the estate had been liquidated and all of the debts had been paid.
