This is an original proceeding in discipline filed by the office of the Disciplinary Administrator against the respondent, Terence A. Lober, an attorney practicing law in Leavenworth. The allegations contained in the two-count formal complaint arose out of Lober’s representation of a client in a post-divorce matter.
