Appellant sued for from the death of his son Harold, age 10, alleged to have been caused by the negligence of respondents. From the judgment based upon a verdict he now demands a reversal on the grounds of (1) insufficiency of the evidence and (2) errors in giving and refusing instructions.

Evidence Sufficient
