DECISION AND ORDER

Plaintiffs filed this lawsuit against their current or past employer, Defendant Thys senkrupp Waupaca, Inc. d/b/a Waupaca Foundry, Inc. (“Waupaca”), claiming they had been denied wages for hours worked over the preceding three-year period. One of the claims Plaintiffs have brought is a collective action pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 as Amended, 29 U.S.C. § 201, et seq. (“FLSA”).
