MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

VAN BEBBER, Chief Judge.

This case is a civil rights action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff Shawn McDiffett, proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, is in the custody of the Kansas Department of Corrections and was incarcerated at the El Dorado Correctional Facility (EDCF) at all times relevant to this lawsuit. The plaintiff complains the defendants, EDCF staff, violated his Fourth, Fifth, Eighth, 1 Ninth, and Fourteenth Amendment rights with regard to urinalysis testing, administrative segregation, and disciplinary hearings.
