Plaintiff-appellant, Connie Worley, appeals the trial court’s decision granting the motion for summary judgment of defendant-appellee, Cleveland Public Power. For the reasons stated below, we affirm.

The appellant filed a complaint in negligence alleging that the appellee breached its duty of care in maintenance of its wires and pole, and that its breach of duty was the proximate cause of her injuries.
