This action was commenced by a complaint alleging a contract between plaintiff Johnson and defendant Page for the acquisition of land and development of an irrigation project to serve it; further alleging certain breaches of the contract by the defendant; and praying a termination of the agreement and distribution of real property and money held by the defendant.
