Willis v. Heath

Mrs. Nettie Heath sued Jack Willis and Ben Beeves, in the circuit court of Butherford county, to recover damages for the alleged wrongful death of her husband, W. D. Heath, and obtained a verdict of a jury, and judgment thereon, for $2,500 and costs of suit.
